With its superb view of the Rhune, the Komeiteko Borda Farmhouse immerses you in a high altitude atmosphere. Surrounded by 180° of mountains, it offers local products such as suckling lamb, desserts made from sheep's milk, and specialities from its own production. "From the fork to the fork! The farm raises Manech dairy sheep, fattened ducks and free-range pigs. Looking for authenticity? Don't miss a visit to this restaurant with its warm welcome.

Welcome to the Farm. July/August: open every day for lunch and dinner (except Sunday evening and Monday). May-June and September-October: open from Thursday lunchtime to Sunday lunchtime. March/April: Saturday and Sunday lunch. Reservation required. Menu : 26 €. Suggestions from 6 to 17 €. Children's menu: 9 €. Takeaway menu: 20 €. Groups welcome. Terrace. Shop.

Our Farm Inn Komeiteko Borda in Hasparren in the Basque Country (64)

We are delighted to welcome you to our table, and to help you discover our profession as breeders and our territory through traditional cuisine.

In the warm atmosphere of our farm inn or in the open air on our terrace, you can enjoy a superb panorama of the Basque Country.

Thanks to our farmhouse meals, you will be able to taste our products directly from the family farm such as Pyrenean milk lamb, Foie Gras, Ham or homemade desserts made from sheep's milk.

To prolong this experience you can visit our shop and take away some farm products and other souvenirs of the land:

-Pork pâté

-Pork pudding

-Confit sausages

-Navarin of mutton

-Gastanbera (in season)

-Half-cooked foie gras

-etc..

We welcome you on reservation.

Ferme-auberge au sommet d'une colline et qui surplombe le pays basque. Certes il faut la trouver et accepter de l'atteindre par une route disons grimpante et étroite. Bon accueil, on découvre même assis le panorama depuis la salle de restaurant. Menu à 25,00 euros, entrée à base de foie gras maison,épaule d'agneau et dessert façon omelette norvégienne, café, et vin au verre pour 31€ chacun. Un bon rapport qualité-prix une adresse à retenir. Possibilité d'acheter les produits de la ferme qui est tenue par un jeune couple.
