From crockery and linen to gastronomy, Caroline and Nicole welcome you and prepare delicious salads, succulent "homemade" sandwiches and, on request, no less tasty tarts and quiches, all made to order with fresh produce. Small in surface area, but large and rich in quality, with a selection of organic, biodynamic and natural wines and spirits from the regions, our specialist's cellar reveals real treasures. Nearly 70 winemakers are on display here. And it's with pride, yet humility, that our seasoned caviste selects flasks from the finest producers, crafted in harmony with "Mother Nature". A trained sommelier, Alexandre also organizes tasting evenings accompanied by charcuterie platters, with an open stage for musicians. A great initiative that we really appreciate.
