Crowned "Chef of the Year 2017" by Gault & Millau, awarded two stars in the Michelin guide and a title in the Sustainable Gastronomy category since 2020, there is no shortage of awards for the sublime cuisine of Alexandre Couillon and his wife Céline. Imbued with the values of sharing and sobriety, attentive to the marine environment and to the land, and concerned about transmission, the chef brings us back to the essential, nature, which he transcribes in his dishes. A creative cuisine where authenticity prevails, around the common thread "marine and vegetable".
