Behind its pink façade, Nadia's restaurant, which has been awarded the Maître Restaurateur label, boasts a well-kept setting combining beams, ropes, copper lamps, a beautiful fireplace and a patio. The cuisine is traditional, based on fresh produce, with a predilection for fish and seafood. Specialties include seafood sauerkraut or smoked haddock-style pollack, vanilla cauliflower, preceded by foie gras, oysters or stuffed clams. Meat lovers will appreciate the originality of duck breast with honey and thyme, celery and cocoa beans.

Created in 1999, and located in front of the Port de l'Herbaudière, on the island of Noirmoutier, La Bisquine invites you to its table. The lobsters presented alive and the fish from the fish market are prepared with the greatest respect for the product. The terrace in the summer, the fireplace in the winter and the marine atmosphere will allow you to spend a pleasant moment, convivial and gastronomic.
