Good value for money cuisine in a restaurant with an original decor and terrace overlooking the fishing port Les Sables-d'Olonne.
The pretty façade and terrace of this fishing port restaurant invite you in. The main room, with its trompe-l'œil façade and fountain, has a Provencal feel, while the next room, with its orange banquettes, has a trendy, cosy look. Upstairs, the3rd room offers a view of the port. Zoom in on the specialties: oriental lamb tagine with pears and apricots, cuttlefish stew, sole meunière, planche du Marin, au banc d'écailler, seafood platters. And for a sweet conclusion: an all-chocolate raspberry terrine.

Saumon au reblochon et céleri d'une fadeur extrême.
Tarte au citron destructurée ( non annoncée au menu) consistant en un biscuit rond coupé en deux, de larmichettes de crème aromatisée au citron et de petites meringues de confiserie.
Les Fleurs de Thyms ont connue jadis leurs heures de gloire sur le quai du port de pêche.
O tempora, O mores.
Un point positif, un des rares restaurants ouverts en janvier au centre des Sables.
Pour information : menu 36 €.
Personnellement, à eviter sauf si vous êtes invités.
