In the heart of the village, the church Notre Dame today was built in the xvth century, on the primitive church (which consisted only of one new), on the initiative of the lords of the Puy of the madman, whose coat of arms we see the coat keys of each span. It was partially destroyed during religious wars. It has flamboyant stained glass windows, but it is mainly its retable of the end of the xviith century, a unique piece in baroque style, made up of marble, wood and golden bronze, which alone deserves the visit. It is a unique piece, classified as a historic monument. During the Vendée Wars, human remains were found in the crypt, arranged under the choir, in the form of a Latin cross, with vaults in casing.
