A warm, modern and singular place: rare in L'Aiguillon-sur-Mer! The concept is bistronomy: a convivial restaurant-counter offering fresh seasonal produce, including mussels (Julie's uncle's), as the Bouchot mussel is produced here. Signature dishes include Japanese-style scallops, fried eggplant, stuffed Vendée poularde, roast squash and seafood sauerkraut, while desserts include Forêt noire and spiced fruit tagine. Groups welcome; concerts in season.
