The bakery run by Françoise and Patrice Tenaud, master artisan bakers and patissiers, has built up a fine reputation, winning several awards for their Label Rouge vendéenne brioche (gold medal in 2018),^3rd for their gâche (IGP) in 2023,^1st prize in the departmental competition in 2015. Range of organic and aromatic breads, La Pétrisane baguette, available with seeds or organic, 7/7 baguette dispenser. All homemade! Snacks: sandwiches, bagels, quiches, pizzas, salads or the Friday burger. On the sweet side, minute cakes are a speciality.

An imposing building with an attractive facade just a stone's throw from the Leclerc centre is the setting for this Master Craftsman baker-pastry cook. Françoise and Patrice Tenau's bakery, has built up a fine reputation and has received several awards, including a silver medal for their Vendée brioche, a Label Rouge brioche for which they won a gold medal in 2018. Their gâche (IGP) won first prize at the Chavagnes-en-Paillers competition in 2013, where a renowned championship is held every year. And another first prize at the departmental competition in 2015. Another flagship product, the petrisane, a delicious baguette, both crispy and soft, available with seeds. A range of organic breads including the organic pétrisane, and also aromatic breads: bacon/nuts, Vendée ham... If you run out of bread after 8pm, there is a baguette dispenser 7 days a week. Upstairs is a nice modern space to eat in. Good choice of snacks: sandwiches based on the good Pétrie, paninis, bagels, quiches, pizzas, salads or the burger offered on Friday. On the sweet side, the quick cake is one of the specialities. And, if it were necessary, everything is home-made!

Deux tables seulement au RDC accessibles Pmr. Viennoiseries délicieuses. Café possible en instantané mécanique. Nous étions quatre nous avons eu de la place. Personnel agréable sauf celui qui préparait les sandwichs en jetant une par une les tranches de jambon floc...floc...floc... Bonne expérience. Merci
