One of the best restaurants in Yonnais, and a classy setting to match the chef's creative cuisine. Julien works with the freshest seasonal produce, thanks to his proximity to the Halles market! At lunchtime, the focus is on the daily menu and suggestions on the slate. The menu varies from fish gravlax, to smoked veal medallions with walnut shells, creamy roasted potimarron with walnut jus, to snacked octopus tentacles with herb risotto. For dessert, we fell in love with the originality of the successful marriage of coffee and Jerusalem artichoke.

Personnel très gentil aux petits soins .
