The producers' union has created this interpretation center dedicated to the development of chilli peppers. bien utile
un lieu où on peut presque tout apprendre sur le piment d'Espelette. C'est gratuit, mais ensuite, on a envie de passer aux achats. De toute manière en consommer ne procure que du plaisir, et les piments ornant les mur de la petite cité sont bien photogéniques

Pour les passionnés de cette épice connue dans le monde entier, mais aussi pour les autres, je vous conseille de visiter le centre d'interprétation, c'est très intéressant, et on apprend beaucoup! La visite est gratuite, et à la fin vous pouvez la pimentez en goûtant ;)
