The charming Hotel Chilhar, run by Marie and Fabien Munarriz, offers a warm welcome and a typical Basque restaurant. The cuisine, somewhere between bistro and Basque authenticity, features a land and sea menu, renewed with the seasons and concocted by Chef Fabien, who gives pride of place to local producers and suppliers: Kintoa pig from Les Aldudes, trout from Banka, poultry from Souraide, fish from the Saint-Jean-de-Luz fish auction... In short, an excellent address that ticks all the boxes in terms of value for money and service.

Ce jour, 1 er octobre, nous avons déjeuné au restaurant et avons été placé dans la Terrasse couverte d'un store rouge.
En ce qui concerne les mets proposés et servis, rien à souligner. Toutefois ,avec une température au dessus des 30 degrés, il n'est pas possible d'apprécier un repas. Il y a des moyens avec stores supplémentaires ou autres moyens techniques
d'assurer un confort aux clients.
