The charming Hotel Chilhar, run by Marie and Fabien Munarriz, offers a warm welcome and a typical Basque restaurant. The cuisine, somewhere between bistro and Basque authenticity, features a land-sea menu, renewed with the seasons and concocted by Chef Fabien, who gives pride of place to local producers and suppliers: Kintoa pig from Les Aldudes, trout from Banka, poultry from Souraide, fish from the St-Jean-de-Luz fish auction... In short, an excellent address that ticks all the boxes in terms of value for money and service.

Hôtel très bien placé. Endroit calme et tranquille avec vue sur les montagnes.

Acceptés pour dejeuner à 14h30, après s être fait refuser partout, super accueil, chaleureux , 3 personnes pour tout faire, cuisine excellente, serveur, adorable, patronne au service du client et le Chef assure grave ...

Nous étions avec mon épouse pour déjeuner, et avons tous passés un agréable moment en terrasse. Nous voulions manger local et nous n’avons pas été déçus. Les suggestions de la serveuse sur les apéritifs locaux étaient parfaites.
L’axoa parfaite, la viande goûteuse et bien découpée.
