Pottoka, a not-to-be-missed spot in the heart of Espelette village, is one of those open, generous restaurants we love. Sabine, the restaurant's third-generation chef and Maître Restaurateur, draws her inspiration from seasonal market produce. Depending on the moment and the inspiration, you'll enjoy an egg meurette, foie gras mi-cuit, wild fish, braised oxtail pressé or free-range guinea fowl. Locavore menu, carte blanche menu to try the chef's surprise, and desserts just as generous, in the image of Sabine.

Je suis venue a Espelette avec ma fille pour un déménagement, je ne manquerai pas de revenir dans ce restaurant quand je reviendrai sur la région.. Je recommande absolument !
Quelle belle découverte. Une cuisine extrêmement bonne , de l’entrée au dessert absolument rien à redire. Quand nous reviendrons à Espelette nous y reviendrons. Madame est conquise.
