The Darraïdou family has preserved this superb dining room for five generations, revealing an era and a region. In the kitchen, Auxtin and his team showcase local producers in a menu representative of local gastronomy. Dishes vary with the seasons: homemade foie gras, Banka trout, axoa, Biscayan cod, merluza salsa verde, lamb sweetbreads, duck breast, Ibaïama pork txuleta from Ospital, homemade flan (Koka) are just some of the house's "flagship" dishes... The rest of the year, open Wednesday to Sunday. Reservations recommended. Menus: €27, €35 + à la carte and suggestions. Daily menu except Sundays and public holidays: €23. Children's menu: €12.50.
