Restaurant with local French cuisine and terrace on Place Saint-Pierre.
Now known as Ô Comptoir des Cocottes (formerly Cocottes sarthoises), the concept: dishes simmered in a cocotte. The cuisine is authentic. Good local produce is on the menu, changing with the seasons (the unmissable fricassée sarthoise, soft-boiled egg with rillettes à la Jasnières, local wine, filet mignon...)! For dessert, classic dishes are sure to please young and old alike (rice pudding, tiramisu, French toast brioche, profiteroles-style madeleine, ice cream sundaes...). An outdoor terrace overlooks Place Saint-Pierre, and a lounge has been created (open in summer) for tapas, braziers, pétanque and game night viewing! We love it!
