The entire village of Bourg-le-Roi is classified in the inventory of historic monuments. With its 36 ha it is one of the smallest communes in France. This fortified village of 300 inhabitants houses behind its medieval walls pierced by two doors, picturesque alleys to preserved houses. It was a thriving village of weavers around the art of embroidery until the nineteenth century. On the fourth Sunday in June, the inhabitants organize a great medieval party in costumes, lace and armor. Mid-September: collection of old cars and exchange of auto parts and collection motorcycle.
