Located in the heart of the Béarn countryside, this village nestles between woods and fields, in an environment offering beautiful views of the Pyrenees. The Romanesque church of Saint-Jean-Baptiste, with its bell tower and semicircular apse, is surprising: its portal shows a superb Chrism, typical of the region. This primitive Christian symbol is surrounded by a band whose base rests on the edge of the tympanum. The centre is occupied by a Virgin and Child on a throne with a triumphal cross to her left. The scene is surrounded by four figures, three of which are nimbed. The village is also home to an ancient fountain, known as the Labielle fountain.
