Mendi Berdea ("the green mountain") is Sandra and Damien's inn, opposite the church in Cambo-les-Bains. They have succumbed to the gentle lifestyle of the Basque spa town. In addition to traditional local and seasonal dishes, they bring their experience to the table with highly creative seasonal touches: snacked scallops, parsleyed chipirons, veal mignon, mushroom-creamed cep crust, suckling pig croustillant, revisited Tatin with honey-candied apple... A fine mastery and a cosy, warm and friendly atmosphere.
