You're immediately charmed when you enter the premises, with its small, lightly parqueted dining room, its view over the Bergerie wine estate and its open kitchen where a studious atmosphere reigns! Sweetness, freshness, flavors... Salmon with salt and shrimps from Nantes, venison or fish from the Criée... the king products are all local: fish from the ocean fisheries of Nantes, bread, vegetables and beef from Champ-sur-Layon, strawberries and asparagus from Valanjou. A refinement that amply earned them their first Michelin star in 2017!
