La corbata rosa, a contemporary art gallery in Rochefort-sur-Loire, is taking over the restaurant Le Chenin in Savennières and opening a cultural season combining gastronomy and contemporary art.
The exhibition Florilège will bring together about fifty works by four major artists of the gallery Bruno Antony, Denis Huneau, Pucya and Mitsuaki Saito. The idea is to follow the line of the restaurant which proposes an accessible cooking with a know-how and products of qualities.
This exceptional presentation will be visible to the clientele of the Chenin until December 31, 2021. It will be part of a program proposed by the corbata rosa which will be punctuated by several meetings and artistic evenings.
The Chenin is now a reference in the Pays-de-la-Loire region. Its new owners, the chef Arthur Favé and his partner Maïté Verriez-Foëne, are well known to the gourmets of our region for having contributed to the success of several fine establishments over the last ten years. Their cuisine shows that they are committed to highlighting our craftsmen and our land.
Since 2014, Arthur Favé and Maïté Verriez-Foëne have regularly accompanied the gallery in the setting of our events. Whether in our former ephemeral premises in the rue Beaurepaire in Angers, where we were neighbours, or on the banks of the Loire where we have since established ourselves.
We are looking forward to showing you our artists around an exceptional table!
