In a refined and warm setting, you will be surprised by the highly bistronomic cuisine of Chef Anthony Vaillant. Like this heart of red tuna with sesame, avocado mousse, wazabii cream, then it will be a 4 hour confit of veal chuck and its parsnip mousseline, roasted chestnuts, which will subjugate us. The service is impeccable and meticulous, the presentations are well done, the cooking is mastered and the desserts are as many gourmet promises. There is nothing to complain about for this establishment, at the bottom of the castle, which is well worth a visit!
