La Bourse is an institution in Saumur with its large terrace. Le serveur, Yoann, très sympathique et professionnel, a de l'avenir dans ce métier.
L'ensemble du personnel est au petit soin, les plats sont copieux et très bon ! Bon rapport qualité prix.
PS : magret de canard un peu trop cuit, cependant, le personnel est à l'écoute et remonte les infos ;)
On a pris 4 verres neo zelandais très bons mais sans accompagnement alors que d'autres tables en avaient ??
