This bistronomic restaurant has a beautiful view of the city and its castle. The chef Antoine Saumureau proposes you to discover a fresh and inventive cuisine: as a starter, a crunchy panko of gambas, followed by a Touraine sweetbread and kidneys with ceps. For dessert, let yourself be tempted by a delicious Belle-Hélène pear poached in Saumur wine! Note the excellent wine list, with more than 120 references, mostly from the Loire Valley, including the saumur-champigny Clos Cristal.

Très très bon restaurant !!! Bel emplacement, l’aménagement du côté bar et restaurant au TOP!! La cuisine ????‍???? toujours aussi parfaite et la présentation des assiettes impeccables !!! À refaire avec la famille ou des amis !! Merci pour ce bon repas !!????????????

Super accueil, chaleureux décontracté chambre très confortable et d’une propreté irréprochable, petit déjeuner très variés et dîner savoureux avec un service au top je recommande cet hôtel restaurant le cadre est idyllique le plus le jacuzzi nordique avec vue sur le château de Saumur Royal????
