Artistic and tasty, this cuisine is an ode to healthy, tasty produce. The team works with rigorously selected local producers, and the menu is constantly evolving. Cold pie, cabbage stuffed with Montauzer pig, Albadia duck breast, carbonara-style perfect egg, fish soup with rouille, Galician Txuleta... Sweet dishes of the same kind.

From July 14 to August 31, closed on Wednesdays only. Out of season, closed Tuesday evenings and Wednesdays. Reservations recommended. Menu: approx. €48. Suggestion du jour: €20 (market menu Monday to Friday). 3-course lunch and dinner menu: €39. Family, group and corporate meals. Terrace.

Sommes venus dîner vendredi 1er mars à 20h30.
Avons commandé une bonne bouteille de vin pour l'apéritif qui nous a été servi rapidement mais sans amuse-bouche.
Par ailleurs, nous avons attendu 50 mn pour avoir l'entrée. Il nous aurait été agréable d'avoir ces amuse-bouche pour patienter.
A part cela, la cuisine est délicieuse et les serveurs fort sympathiques.
