32 km north of Angers. On the A 11 motorway towards Paris, take the exit Briollay-Tiercé. At Tiercé, take the Route's road. And to Heads turn right. Juvardeil is the small campaign corner of a illustrious comic designer: Jean-Louis Pesch, a writer and illustrator of the adventures of Sylvain and Sylvette, spent his childhood in the village. Recognized as one of the best animal cartoonists of our time, he still lives in Maine-et-Loire, not far from Juvardeil, in Châteauneuf-sur-Sarthe.
