Un peut déçu par l’hôtel, des mauvaises odeurs dans la chambre . Trop de sobriété dans les chambres. Petit déjeuner excellent . Cadre magnifique.

Lieu magique et très calme.
Le personnel est disponible et pro actif.
Les points de restauration (petit déjeuner et le restaurant étoilé) sont de grande qualité et logés dans un lieu incroyable.
Le fait d'accéder au site aux horaires de fermeture est un vrai plus !
Je recommande pour un séjour déconnecté, de qualité et au calme.

Très bonne experience. La balade nocturne dans le lieu est un plus.
La prochaine fois nous nous y prendrons plus tôt pour reserver aussi une table au restaurant.

cet hôtel est toujours aussi exceptionnel, par son emplacement au sein de l'abbaye, le design épuré de ses chambres, la possibilité de visiter seul et de nuit l'abbaye, la qualité de son petit déjeuner (même si nous y étions nombreux).
petit problème de climatisation dans notre chambre. celui-ci ne fonctionnait pas et nous avons eu trop chaud. le problème a été signalé à l'accueil qui m'a renvoyé le thermostat de la chambre. j'ai été diner à l'extérieur et suis revenu tard, trop tard pour faire appel à un mécanicien interne
