This old building from 1741 is jealously protected by Gérard Lhuillier. He is also the guardian of a trade in danger of disappearing. From then on, every day, he makes a daily bread, a lordly one, in the old fashioned way. Country, rye, wholemeal, sweet loaves, meture, these round cornmeal loaves much loved by the elderly and the young. With milk and farm eggs, he creates delicious shortbread, small and large, the loaves, these cakes with aniseed and Basque cakes any size ... Guarantor of the tradition and the know-how.
