In front of the restaurant and its terrace, a few steps from the ocean, a parking lot is very convenient during the season. At the entrance, a very small bar where the owner welcomes you with joviality. The colours of the Basque Country are striking with a beautiful collection of posters of the Bayonne festivities, Bayonne rowing, Basque pelota, rugby... and slates showing the daily specials. Local dishes made from local produce: Basque omelette, Augustine mussels, chips, salad, peppers, tomatoes and chorizo, duck breast, lamb chops, beef, lomo, serrano, Basque sausage... In another register, in the spirit of the "assiettes composées", which can be used as a menu in its own right, "Le casse-croûte à manech" with its chips, salad, ventresca and egg or the local sausage, piperade and local cheese or even a homemade hamburger, without forgetting many suggestions on the slate. C'est pas de la grande cuisine mais ça reste correct. Moules sont bonnes...frites congelées mais bien cuites..service rapide
C'est très copieux, à des prix imbattables.
Une très bonne adresse, comme il n' en existe plus, surtout sur la côte au Pays Basque.
