Marius is an inn like no other. Convivial, generous, professional; all nestled in a 19th-century Basque building with a soft, colorful interior and a rural panorama with the Pyrenees as a backdrop. The well-trained chefs, both in the kitchen and in the dining room, offer a cuisine steeped in local produce, in tune with the seasons. Local poultry and lamb, fish from the fish market, vegetables from the garden - it's all local! Aïoli as we love it in Provence, braised veal chop... The famous crème renversée with caramel.
