The Arty Chaud bistro-restaurant has won over a loyal clientele of local businesses in the bustling Village des Artisans in the Iraty zone. The chef, Simon Carliez, originally from Normandy but Basque at heart, a former chef at the Hôtel du Palais, and his colleague, who is not stingy with his advice, complement each other with talent. Market-fresh, seasonal cuisine with undeniable Norman, Asian and Basque influences: soft-boiled egg with butternut cream, rack of pork cooked on the bone, cod with hollandaise sauce...
