Fans of plancha cooking "in front of you" will not be disappointed. With one eye on the ocean and the other on your plate, you'll have an excellent time with simple, successful dishes such as octopus or tuna salad, pimientos stuffed with cod, grilled sardines, piperade tuna, chipirons, Spanish hake and Basque cake.
