The Café de Paris, with its restaurant the Café Basque is a gourmet address for all epicureans. Everything has changed except for the exceptional location with its magical view of the ocean in the heart of Biarritz: a warm and cosy atmosphere designed by Sarah Lavoine; on the piano side, all the talent of our starred chef Cédric Béchade, who has already been "toasted" with the Auberge Basque in Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle, one of the region's top gastronomic spots. From home-made breakfast to aftershows to be shared at sunset with a renewed menu and local products.
