When you settle into the tandem formed by Olivier Foussard, the chef and Sébastien de Conti, the master of ceremonies, you are immediately in the mood. A few examples from the menu: Perigord salmon, marinated in Salies salt, foie gras breaded with 15 minutes of spices, local chipirons cut in the pibale style, pumpkin pulp, quail confit in its ravioli, thick steak of farm veal... Humour and inventiveness until dessert. There are also "culinary discovery" workshops where you can make your own dish selected by the chef.

Opening time and information on LA TABLE D’ARANDA

Master restorer. Open all year round. Closed on Sunday and Monday out of season. Epicurean menu: 46 €. Menu for the curious, evening only: 30 €. A la carte menu: about 45 €. Lunchtime formula: 16 €. Oysters from Cap Ferret to take away. Cooking classes with a maximum of 6 people every first Saturday of the month. Only on reservation.

Arrivée sans réservation vers 20h accompagnée d une enfant je me suis vue refuser 1 table car complet. 1H aprés je repasse devant l'établissement à moitié vide;Je éplore surtout la pub extèrieure faisant référence à un lieu acccueillant et chaleureux ,Je deplore également l échange de regard entre la serveuse et le patron cuisinier(?)aprés avoir constaté la présence de l enfant . Pas de regrets , MENU trés cher pour le dîner
