Here's a restaurant that calls by name first. Un jour à Peyrassol simply refers to a winery in the South-East of which you will find all the explanations on the placemats. By its concept as well, simple and well-established. No menu here, but daily proposals on the slate, 4 courses and one more suggestion in the evening. Thus for example, we discovered, the small plates to be shared, around a glass. A convivial table just a stone's throw from the prestigious Hôtel du Palais, in an exceptional, refined and elegant setting.
