This brewery is 100% terroir: the malted barley and wheat are grown in Anjou, 100% organic. Vincent and Yann produce a dozen varieties: the classics (blonde, amber...), and the unusual ones (honey and spicy taste, Black beer, Triple beer...). Their creation takes its name from the rudder of the Loire river barges. To this rich offer are added the powerful Barley Wine or La 49, a beer brandy at 49°! You don't drink alcohol? Know that they also make an old-fashioned lemonade, La Piautre Limo, for an unforgettable tasting!
