It is one of the symbols of the city of Angers that attracts visitors and curiosity seekers. The Maison d'Adam is a beautiful half-timbered building classified as a historical monument that overlooks the Place Sainte-Croix and its sunny and warm terraces. With nearly 1,000 years of age and just as many slates on its top, it is one of the oldest in our country and a beautiful souvenir of a past architecture. Its sculpted beams host a plethora of more or less modest characters and legendary figures such as dragons. On the first floor, the Maison des Artisans is a store where dozens of artists display their medieval-inspired works.

Maison d'Adam - 49100 Angers
La Maison d'Adam est une belle bâtisse du centre ville d'Angers. L'extérieur est somptueusement ouvragé avec ses poutres sculptées et ses nombreux personnages. A ne pas manquer en visitant le centre ville, ce serait trop dommage !
