Delicious seasonal, homemade, seasonal cuisine in a restaurant overlooking the Place du Ralliement in Angers.

A tempting menu and a breathtaking view of Place du Ralliement: Provence Caffé has it all! The place always offers a few Mediterranean dishes (mini bouillabaisse or scampi ravioli for starters), but also excels when it comes to delighting us with guinea fowl supreme with bell pepper cream, snacked scallops with coral sauce, or fillet of sea bream with shiitake fondue. There's no shortage of desserts either, with pistachio shortbread with chocolate cream or roasted pineapple with Sichuan pepper.

Entrée correcte, plat pour la viande ok mais poisson trop cuit quant aux desserts pas un pour racheter l'autre. Pour la bûche aux poires, on cherche encore la poire, le café gourmand est l'ombre de lui-même. Le clafouti aux pommes est en misère de pommes, le café lui-même heureusement sauve la mise.
