An excellent chef is at the helm of the kitchens of this beautiful establishment, with a breathtaking view of the Place du Ralliement. At the helm? Yes, because there is a lot of seafood on the menu... Several Mediterranean touches also in some dishes and even in the sunny tones of the walls. In an extremely refined setting, here you can enjoy a starter of foie gras carpaccio on artichoke salad with walnut oil or a tuna tartar with candied tomatoes, before enjoying a cod with tapenade, braised turnips and capers. Meat is not to be outdone with a nice piece of beef in orange sauce accompanied by mashed potatoes with foie gras. Everything here is homemade and the menu is renewed every season. As for the desserts, they also have some nice surprises in store: chocolate pie with pine nuts, coffee tiramisu... Weakness: a room decoration lacking a bit of fantasy. Talent: excellent advice for food and wine pairings and flavours that are always there.
