Le Reste au 51 is still a great place to sit down at lunchtime to indulge in light, simple and tasty dishes at low prices. Conchiglioni with fresh goat's cheese and arugula or butternut velouté for starters, followed by saithe parmentier or crispy chicken: all excellent value for money. In the evening, prices rise, but so do the standards of the dishes: fondant de cochon français à la châtaigne et au cidre, risotto de gambas, ballotine de volaille jaune, Serrano and duxelle de Champignons...
