Restaurant offering freshly made soufflés and excellent crepes and galettes in a superb setting in Angers.
Barely a quarter of wait time and hop! The star of the place arrives on your plate, fucked with desire and accompanied by a small green salad. For more than a quarter of a century, this small, well-known angevine restaurant, located on the ground floor of an old-fashioned house, has been blowing its undisputed specialty. Fresh-produced products, offered in the form of a dozen recipes available all year à la carte, or invented according to seasons. Light in the texture and rich in the servings, they are turned into a rural mode (white tome, potatoes, largies), Catalan (chorizo, cheese) or seafood products with the succulent Saint-Jacques blend, sole and crayfish. And do not deprive yourself either to use the sweet versions: kirch pineapples, grips and chocolate, Cointreau, Grand Marnier or splendid pistachio, raspberry and caramel sauce (the most requested!) Note also that the place also offers some salads as well as fine pancakes and cakes. Weakness: a deco that might ask for a little more originality. Talents: an original concept and excellent service.

Le soufflé était écoeurant, la galette pas bonne et servie tiède. Piètre qualité des ingrédients dans la galette (épinards en boîte). Même la salade accompagnatrice n'avait pas de goût. Nous ne reviendrons pas.
