Restaurant offering authentic Korean cuisine, full of freshness and flavour, in Angers.
Light, fresh, soothing, gourmet: these are the first words that come to mind once you leave Sagoa. This French-Korean couple take the time to explain the form and content of their delicious Korean cuisine. A bright environment of white walls and blond wood, barely 20 seats on pretty chairs, a small but precise menu, where color and variety immediately set the senses in motion. Sotteok sotteok, skewers of rice noodles and sausages, and doubou gangjeong, fried tofu with a lightly spiced sauce, open the ball. Finish with a hotteok, a pancake filled with caramel and peanuts, or a scoop of black sesame ice cream. Vegan-friendly cuisine that's sure to please!
