An escalator from the west door leads to the restaurants, including this pancake house with its varied menus. The menu doesn't only present pancakes and galettes, far from it! In season, you can enjoy mussels, sardines and fish soup to complement the salads prepared by the beautiful team. The sardines are grilled just right à la plancha and the AOC mussels come directly from Mont-Saint-Michel. These small sea ports of call are worth the detour. The pancakes have intriguing names such as Orloff, Pushkin, Ravigote or the Bleating Cow. This originality doesn't necessarily appear on the plate, but the whole is rather satisfying. For dessert, you can stick to the classic sweet pancakes: impressively large, they reconcile gourmets with a not very glamorous shopping mall. The one with cremet d'Anjou cream allows you to rediscover the local flavours, the Chérie noire with banana and chocolate is delicious and you can appreciate the crunchiness of the surrounding area. An address that can also be discovered in an afternoon tea room version with the possibility of holding meetings in the room with or without meals... Weakness: a lot of excitement when the room is full. Talent: coffees with original tastes, the very practical children's corner, the cleanliness of the place, the fast service.
