After the meat, the strength of this restaurant is the family cohesion! This is Patrick Guérin's place (the father) who welcomes you as soon as you cross the threshold behind his stall. This former butcher selects himself the half carcasses at the slaughterhouse of La Roche-sur-Yon, details them, then takes pleasure in grilling in the fireplace and on the wood fire the pieces of your choice, supported by a professional team. The Butcher, it is also the sons, Kévin and Romain who in 2022 opened a2nd establishment on the side of Saint-Herblain. You can literally enjoy yourself in these two addresses "Sud Loire" and now "Nord Loire". We choose the pieces of the butcher of our choice then they will crackle on the grill with the wood fire. Here the meats are guaranteed Parthenaise, they are tender and melting. Here we have ribeye, entrecote, rib of beef, baron of lamb, sausage, rump steak, andouillettes, kidneys and sweetbreads... Served with homemade side dishes and sauces. We also offer signature dishes such as navarin of lamb and pork pluma. And what about the grandmother, you ask? She adds her touch with the tasty recipes of sausages, blood sausages, and terrines that the family is keen to perpetuate. Affordable lunch formulas are available alongside the very gourmet menu. For those who wish, alternatives exist with fish (octopus and sea bream), beautiful salads and other recipes to share. The service is impeccable.
