Charlotte is Charlotte Goin, a young brewer who started the adventure in 2009. Some of you may have already met her on Saturday mornings at the Petite Hollande market where she had a stand and shared her passion. Among the beers brewed by Charlotte, the best known is undoubtedly the Carlota (spicy and round with fine bubbles), but you can also taste the Blonde (floral and spicy), the Amber (caramelized), or the seasonal beers: the Blondinette of spring/summer, the White, thirst-quenching and fruity, the Brown of autumn/winter and the special beers (of Christmas, spring...) Of course, after the tasting you can buy the beers on the spot, but also some gift boxes packed in a nice burlap bag. Charlotte produces about 200 hectoliters a year and her beers can be found in about twenty cellars and bars in the Nantes area. For information, the logo of Charlotte's beers represents a bottle with the effigy of a young lady "armed" with a fork, an essential utensil to stir the malt in the vats during the making of the beer...
