Robert Pujol, an oenologist graduated from the University of Toulouse, founded the Institut du Goût des Vins in 1992 after working with various vineyards. He organizes and leads tasting courses for companies or individuals. From the first session, you will talk about wine with simple words, know why you prefer this or that wine, choose which ones you will buy, and associate food and wine... All this in a pleasant environment (restaurant l'Alchimiste in particular...) and by tasting great wines. Evenings of great rums and whiskies are also organized as well as days of tasting or discovery in a vineyard or of wines and cheeses. An excellent gift idea!
