Nice bistro offering the best of Basque and Iberian specialities in Nantes.
In the historic Bouffay district, this superb restaurant welcomes us. The chef invites us to discover his Basque and Iberian specialties. The Bistrot has reinvested the walls of a half-timbered house in a typical South-West atmosphere. A bodega-style bar, real murals, Iberian hams hanging from the walls. Our tapas include Pata Negra, croquetas and stuffed Spanish-style mussels. But also sardines grilled with Espelette chilli, fillet of sea bass with parmesan shortbread and the unmissable chipirones a la plancha (grilled squid with garlic)... Regional wines, Basque bistro rice pudding for two, Basque cake or pastry chef's suggestion! A sure bet!
