Near the Place Royale, a beautiful terrace makes people happy for gourmet lunches. Sébastien Grimaud, talented pastry chef, puts choux pastry in the spotlight. At lunchtime, two formulas allow us to discover the revisited gougères. The vegetarian Malba (roasted apple and potato with thyme and paprika, melted ewe's milk tomme, golden onion, roasted hazelnuts), the Hanoi with caramel chicken, the Aeolus with coppa and sweet potatoes or the gougère of the month. Also try the bowls. As for dessert, the magic of cabbage works all day long. As beautiful to the eye as to the palate, the flavors transport us: vanilla, chookie, raspberry.
