Restaurant offering an original recipe with various fillings in Nantes.
It was in the cold of December 2020 that the Hawaiian sun invaded the heart of Nantes. On the initiative of the dynamic Daniel with Walid's help, this restaurant on the go invites you to chill. On the menu: the famous poké bowl, the modern version of the traditional poké, which is the raw marinated fish cut into cubes that Hawaiian fishermen used to eat as a snack. The original recipe has been enriched with fillings (vinegared rice, vegetables, exotic fruits, seeds) that make it a complete and healthy dish presented in a bowl. You can choose among the 5 signature pokes or compose your own according to the mood of the moment. Make your own selection of base, proteins, veggies, homemade marinades and toppings. For example, a base of carrots and cucumbers, marinated tuna, a mango avocado bean edamame red cabbage mix, all sprinkled with white and black sesame seeds and chia seeds. And for added freshness and flavour, the recipe is prepared right before your eyes and served in a compostable vegetable fibre container. Accompany your dish with a bubble tea, iced tea or organic beer. Come and surf the Pacific waves in the trade winds while enjoying a good poké! Aloha Hawa' Bowls!
