It's THE downtown gym, in operation since 1970, where quality takes precedence over quantity. Four state-certified instructors are on hand to guide you and work out a personalized plan adapted to your pace and needs. In this 600 m² space on a human scale, it's a pleasure to work up a sweat. The equipment is regularly renewed, and much of the bodybuilding equipment has been replaced by new-generation Technogym machines. For those who like to work out in pairs or groups, the group classes are perfect. There are no less than 7 to 10 classes a day: muscle strengthening with abdos fessiers, body barre, body form, or Pilates classes based on muscle rebalancing and spinal column maintenance, stretching classes for gentle stretching and step classes, LIA (legs, abs and glutes), where to Latin dance-inspired rhythms and choreography, you can exercise while clearing your head. Also worth trying out are Krav Maga classes. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, a free workout plan is available and regularly updated. And to round off your session, a spacious sauna (seating 12) awaits you. Two or three trips in and out of this dry-heat room will bring you real relaxation.
