Here, products come from the local Landes and Basque regions, raised in grassy, GMO-free areas. In the boutique of Cédric and Thierry, our master roasters and guardians of taste, you'll find all the art of cooking done in front of you. Reservations are advisable, as word-of-mouth has worked very well.

Opening time and information on KOKOKO RÔTISSERIE
Open Tuesday to Sunday, 9am to 2pm and 5pm to 7:30pm. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, 9am to 2pm. Party dishes to be ordered in advance. Also present at Halles des 5 cantons in Anglet (head office).

Kokoko Bayonne awakens all your senses!
The smell of the roasted chicken just out of the rotisserie, golden brown with its potatoes; or a more original assortment:
roses with bacon or potatoes etxeko.
The taste is not left out with the softness of the Kintoa pork loin or the caramelized ribs with the inimitable taste of the Kokoko sauce.
The local products, the free-range chicken raised in the open air and without GMO and the famous Kintoa pork are the guarantors of the quality of the rotisserie.
